A New Chapter in Bangkok
La Cabra has opened its first bakery in Thailand, right in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant Silom district. Marking a bold expansion into Southeast Asia, the space embraces a distinct architectural language while maintaining the brand’s Scandinavian roots.

In Dialogue with Architecture
The interior has departed from La Cabra’s usual natural tone, responding instead to the building’s raw concrete structure. This new expression has called for a more industrial atmosphere—that aligns beautifully with LYFA’s PAN collection, designed by Bent Karlby in 1970.

The Geometry of Light
PAN Pendant 190 and PAN Wall 95 have been carefully integrated to enhance the sculptural quality of the space. Their precise geometry and polished aluminum finish mirror the stainless steel inspiration drawn from Paul Kjærholm’s design universe.
Balance in Every Detail
The material palette has been curated with the same care and thought that defines La Cabra’s coffee philosophy. Locally sourced Thai marble meets handcrafted elements from Danish design, creating a balanced dialogue between East and North.

Beyond Coffee
Since opening in 2012, La Cabra has expanded its baking concept, and this latest project furthers that journey with purpose and precision. At Silom, the experience extends beyond coffee—inviting guests into a space that reflects a deeper exploration through the interplay of light, texture, and materiality.
