International Coordinator – Sales, Marketing & Operations

At LYFA, we work across B2B and B2C sales, eCommerce, and the international contract market. We collaborate closely with designers and architects on larger projects and installations for hotels, restaurants, and other professional environments.

We are now looking for an International Coordinator who wants to be close to the business and become an important part of our day-to-day operations at the intersection of sales, marketing, purchasing, and international partners.

Your role at LYFA

You will become part of a small, dedicated team and enjoy a varied workday where no two days are the same. You will play a central role as a link between people, processes, and markets – both internally and internationally.

You will work across:

  • B2B and B2C sales
  • eCommerce
  • The contract market, including collaboration with designers and architects on international projects

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and communicating with international customers, partners, and collaborators
  • Supporting sales and marketing activities across channels
  • Managing and further developing our eCommerce platform in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with products, data, and processes
  • Order handling and follow-up
  • Creating overview, structure, and momentum in a commercial environment

You will gain insight into how an international design company operates in practice – and have the opportunity to influence how things are done.

Who are you?

You may:

  • Be newly graduated or have a few years of experience in an international or commercial role
  • Work in a structured way and take ownership naturally
  • Communicate confidently in Danish and English (German is an advantage, but not a requirement)
  • Be motivated by working closely with colleagues, customers, and the business
